She has done her Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from PSG CAS, Coimbatore and finished her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from AIMS. Has an experience of 5 years in clinical field as well as in administrative field. Consultant for two hospitals in Thrissur and Malappuram, Consultant for Indian Institute of Management as well as ALDI clinic, State resource person for mental health activities of Social Policing Division of Kerala, mentor for psychology interns and a researcher. Currently focusing on working with young adults in dealing with various conditions like anxiety, depression, maladaptive personality, emotional regulation and the like. Trained in CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Psychotherapies.
