RCI registered Clinical Psychologist, I have an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, Jharkhand. I find myself dedicated to serving patients in a meaningful way, listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behavioural problems. I prefer an eclectic approach to therapy. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-based interventions, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Currently under training in Trauma-Focused Act. My area of interest includes Mood disorders, Addictions, Neurotic spectrum disorders such as Obsession and Compulsion, Severe Stress and Adjustment disorders, Phobic Anxiety disorders, Dissociative disorder, somatoform disorder etc., Trauma, Sexual disorders, Eating disorders, Grief and Bereavement, Personality disorders and Developmental disorders.
