Smrithi has completed her Post graduation in Psychology from Calicut University . Also has completed M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) and currently doing PhD. She has interest in working with individuals with anxiety, behavioural issues and Personality Disorders. She has genuine concern for her clients well being and believes in professional relationship with them. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions.
