Salila Sudheeran is a devoted counseling psychologist, remedial educator, and certified career analyst with more than 5 years of experience. She renders outstanding services by assisting students in gaining the skills they need to have good connections with their peers and teachers and developing coping strategies to assist students who are having difficulty achieving better grades. She has mentored over 500 students and demonstrated her abilities by caring for students’ mental health at numerous schools and NGOs.
She has done outstanding work as part of the Souhrida project. As part of this project, she has counseled the students of various schools. This project was linked to the Adolescent and Career Counseling cell of higher secondary schools in Kerala. She skillfully integrates psychological findings obtained from numerous assessments while assisting students in choosing the appropriate path and educational plan. Her mission is to direct students in the right direction so that they might achieve great success in the future.
